Non-returnable Products:

Vehicle lubricants and oils are non-returnable, except for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

 

Refund Eligibility:

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

 

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged product or the packaging is compromised, you may request a refund or replacement.

 

How to Request a Refund:

If your order is damaged, contact us at support@lubestudio.in or call us at +91-9740287871 within 2 hours of receiving the product. Attach photos of the damaged item along with your order details.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 30 Minutes of placing the order. After this time, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately for cancellations.

 

Refund Processing Time:

Once we receive your request and verify the issue:

 

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

• Replacements will be dispatched within 2 business days after verification.

 

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase. The refund timeline may vary depending on your payment provider or bank, typically taking an additional 3-5 business days after processing.
