Delivery Radius:

We provide delivery within a 10 km radius of our store located at Lube Studio, Ground Floor, NO. 2,3,4 (46/5), Bannerghatta 80 Feet Road, Near Cent Hospital, Bengaluru, Karnataka, PIN Code: 560076.

 Please ensure your delivery address falls within this range before placing an order.

 

Delivery Options:

 

1. Open Box Delivery: Customers can inspect the products at the time of delivery. If any items are found to be damaged, you may refuse the delivery, and we will provide a replacement or a refund.

2. Store Pickup: Customers may opt to pick up their orders from our store on the same day after receiving a confirmation email or message.

 

Delivery Timeline:

 

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2 PM, within the delivery radius.

• Standard Delivery: Orders will be delivered within a maximum of 2 business days after order confirmation if placed after the cut-off time.

• Store Pickup: Available within 1 hour after receiving the pickup confirmation.

 

Delivery Charges:

A delivery fee may apply, depending on the delivery distance and will be displayed at checkout.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts:

In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule the delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for subsequent attempts.
